CAN I FILE THE INCOME TAX RETURN FOR F.Y.2010-11 VIA ONLINE AND IF YES UNDER WHICH SECTION...??

No for FY10-11 AY is 11-12 and the last date was 1 year from the end of relevant AY i.e 31.3.2013 was last date to file belated return u/s 139(4).

You can file A.Y.2010-11 return only when the Assessing Officer reopens your case for evading taxes.

U cannot file...
File for the year i.e. 2011/12 & 2012/13
If accepted then the dept will ask for 2010/11 by issuing notice 142(1) ...at that time u may file with justification
