FOR THE A.Y.2014-15 RETURN HAS BEEN FILED BY THE INDIVIDUAL WITHIN THE DUE DATE BUT FAILED TO POST IT TO BANGALORE. I JUST WANTED TO KNOW WHETHER THEIR IS ANY REMEDY AGAINST IT BCOZ 30.11.2014 IS THE LAST DATE?

if the due date was 31.7.2014 then you need to file ITR-V within 120 days of filling the itr online else it would be treated as belated return.

in this case u can send it now also but it will be considered as belated return only.
