20 May 2011 A company,having taxable income for the ass. year 2010-11, submitted no income tax return within the above ass. year. Now they want to submit the Income tax return. How much penalty imposed them?

21 May 2011 there will be penalty of rs 5000 for non furnishing tax as well as penal interest if tax is also not paid
