Dear Sir/Mam
I am a tax payer person. During the financial year 2008-09 my total income was below the exemption limit ie as per the AY-09-10 150000.For that i did file the return now it has been also exceeds two AY.so my question is that is there any legal obligation regarding this.

No. if you are salary paid then no need to file. otherwise file nil return.
