Hi Rahul, All Individual assesses whose income exceeds Rs.1,60,000 for the year ended 31-3-2010 has to file return of income. All women assesses whose income exceeds Rs.1,90,000 and Assesses who are aged above 65 years having income exceeding Rs.2,40,000 should file the return of income. All companies, firms,co-operative societies,local authorities shall file income tax return irrespective of its income.
