20 March 2013 I m Employee the ABC Co.My TDS cut. I m apply for Refund. now my question is that can I file the separate for Return file or my application for refund is consider for return file?

21 March 2013 You need to file income tax return for claiming TDS refund.
engage any CA for the same, he will guide you properly.

21 March 2013 No, U R Not understand my Question.
My Question is that I filled the form the Refund. & I got the total amount back, Now there is any need to File the Return for the same?

21 March 2013 no, after getting refund, you wont need to inform the department through filling any documents.
