28 April 2010 if there is any tax outstanding to be payable then penalty u/s 271F for non filing of return may be levied by the A. O.

28 April 2010 agree... if hte assessee is required to file a return u/s 139(1) as income exceeds taxable limits than only penalty of 5000 is imposed.. or not....
