Hi Team
suppose a person is doing a business of water supply in the name of '' avtar planets '' but it is not registered in any where , and the person want to file a tax return , so in which form it will be come and in that form he can mention the name avtar planets also .

Yes He Can File ITR by Form ITR-4 and also can mention the name of business in Trade Name.
