26 September 2014 Sir,

I want file a return form ITR 1 for Female income from Other sourece
she deducted TDS under section 194 H against commission receied

But here income does not exceed taxable i.e below 1 lakh and also we did not get form 16A but i have tax credit statement i.e. form 26AS

can i file return on basis of forma 26AS tax credit statement

kindly guide me

26 September 2014 yes you can file the return on Form 26AS. but ensure that you check her bank statement to verify the income received.
