is there any restriction on transfer imposed by any affidavit made under our name?????? my ca had asked me to enter an affidavit of rs.200,can this impose a legal obligation on me stay at the same firm for 3 years????? please solve me query......

whether you enter with any affidavit ornot . . Form 102 itself is enough to bind you with him for 3 years,,note that you are signing under stamppaper promising that yu will be working with him for 3 years .. . . at any level your boss permission is mandatory to take transfer with in 3 years,,with out your boss permission it is not possible to leave him . . so it does not make any difference whether you enter any affidavit or not however form 102 itself enough..but dont enter for more than 3 years at any case
