Can we restrict Powers of BOD through Articles of Association? or by making a committee for in case of any company whether Pvt. or Public. And what clauses have to put in the AOA

Yes, you can restrict the powers of the board in addition to what is stated in Section 293 of the Companies Act, by prescribing the list of items which require consent of the company in general meeting.
