14 May 2011 Restaurant was billing tax inclusive bill for the period upto 30.04.2011. from 01.05.2011 service tax is applicbale. can restaurant show service tax as inclusive in the bill? or it is mandatory for showing service tax seperately in the bill....

16 May 2011 department is concerned with the tax payment not the method of billing,
if you have to produce bills in consolidated manner then remember that gross amount would be subject to service tax in reverse calculation mechanism, i.e if anything would allowed as tax free in your invoice, then it would not be available in reverse calculation system,
