27 May 2011 We have AC restaurant and we allow customer to bring liquer along with temperory liquor license from excise department. Should we charge S.Tax on our food & Breverages Bill?

27 May 2011 no you need requided to charge st separatly for the sale of food & braverages bill. but if you have charged from customer as service chargesas extra from any related services then you are under the changeability of ST...
