I am managing director of a pvt ltd company in which one director has resigned from office.
Kindly suggest what process we need to follow in regard to MCA filing.

Total two forms will be filed.
A Resigning director is required to file Form DIR-11 within 30 days from the date of resignation.
and Company is required to file Form DIR-12 within 30 days from the date of resignation.
