I HAVE ONE PRIVATE LIMITED COMPANY WITH DIRECTORS SAY A , B . NOW , THIS TWO DIRECTOR WILL TRANSFER THEIR SHARES TO C , D AND NOW C , D WILL BE NEW DIRECTOR.
HOW TO GIVE EFFECT TO IT IN MCA SITE , I MEAN ROC FILLING TO BE DONE FORM TO BE CHOOSEN AND WHAT ABOUT SHARE TRANSFER.
