A foreigner came to India in 99-00, he bought a property in india in 00-01(he has residential status in this F.Y). He leaves india in 01-02, now he wants to sell this property in india. What will be his Stauts and the tax implication in this behalf. is he eligible for relief.Will it attract TDS.
