I have Reserve & Surplus ( Profit & Loss A/c) in our Pvt. Ltd. Co. I want to convert it in to paid up capital by way of issue of Bonus Share. whether It attract Dividend distribution Tax or not. Whether it is possible or not. kindly advice

Thank you Gupta ji, I also want your advice that the profit of every year can be converted in to paid up capital by issuing bonus share in next financial year.
