28 June 2011 A Pvt Ltd Company is transferring its profit or losses since many years to its reserves and surplus.What will be its use???????????Its just increasing it and has not done anything with it even for a single time.........

28 June 2011 According to me Reserve & Surplus can be used for various purpose suppose for Declaring Dividend, Buy back of Share and Investment and Set off losses.
