24 December 2014 Hello everyone can you please tell me the procedure and requirements to change the registered office of the company within local limits of the city.

24 December 2014 PROCEDURE

1. Hold Board meeting and pass resolution to change the registered office within local limit of same city.

2. File e-Form INC 22 within 15 days of change with following attachment
*Proof of Registered Office address
(Conveyance/ Lease deed/Rent Agreement
along with the rent receipts) etc.;
*Copies of the utility bills as mentioned
above (not older than two months);
*A proof that the Company is permitted
to use the address as the registered
office of the Company if the same is owned
by any other entity/ Person (not taken on
lease by company);
