Party name could be given in the invoice and to bstated in the as cash sales...also there would no problem for TIN No of the purchaser. What is important is Dealers (sellers) Tin to claim input

invoice for proof of selling the goods. and every state VAT act prescribed the minimum amount of sales on that you have to issue the invoice.
