Requirement of Minute for Board Meeting

30 April 2021 Dear Experts,

I would like to know, Do we need to prepare minute book for Board Meetings. What is exactly minute .?
Can we make it on excel or Is there any particular format for the same.?
How can we make it.?

30 April 2021 1) Yes, you need to prepare of minutes of every BOD meeting. Minutes are basically summary of discussions held during the meeting. Here is a format of minutes of BOD meeting: https://www.caclubindia.com/articles/specimen-of-minutes-of-board-meeting-25488.asp
2) It will be convenient to prepare minutes of the meeting using applications like MS Word (instead of MS Excel).
