Requirement for setting up eCommerce business

This query is : Resolved

20 May 2020 Sir / Ma'am,
i want to start my own website for selling products online. The site will sell different products which my own business will procure from whole sellers and manufacturers. I want to know if i should register my business as a One Person Company or keep it as a proprietorship business. I am planning to expand in the future and have also applied for a trademark for the same. i will also require finance assistance so would also like to know about any finance scheme that the government offers to such establishments.
Thank you for your time and help in my first step of business.

21 May 2020 as per your business plan, i suggest you to go for company option, as many privileges are granted to the company.

15 June 2020 thank you, so i am in the final stage of filing for a new OPC company, i want to know if GAS BILL is an acceptable document for utility bill section of SPICE+ PART B form on the MCA site.

15 June 2020 Yes, its better to opt for OPC form of business because that will be added advantage for business growth.
Point to consider:
a. If the turnover of the OPC exceeds Rs. 2 Crore
b. Paid up capital exceeds Rs. 50 Lacs
- then the OPC have to be converted into Pvt Ltd Company.

Further, yes gas bill is an acceptable document for address proof of the Reg. office of the Company

16 June 2020 I need a CA to sign my aoa moa and any other form that may need a witness. can you suggest the fee for Spice+ Part B submission, all the documents are ready

16 June 2020 the person who apply for PART A in spice+ can proceed further for PART B. the fees depends and vary from state to state.

16 June 2020 i did it my self and now in Spice+ Part B on the aoa and moa forms, it is required to have a ca as a witness
