I am an finance manager in pvt company. I have received a bill to make payment for weigh bridge. can you tell me which ledger to be account this transaction. (i) whether TDS is applicable? (ii) if applicable what is the slab and the rate of TDS?
Notes: In our factory every truck will check the weight and then it will allowed inside factory and the month end they person will submit consolidated bill .The weigh machine is owned by individual and not by the company.
