Ours is trust. Trust wants to obtain 80G recognition. So please tell us which documents are to be furnished to income tax authorities for 80G recognition.

Form No. 10G, Trust Deed including Rules & Regulations, Registration certificate u/s 12A(a), List of Trustees, copies of Accounts for last 3 years if any, ( Application in FORM NO. 10G in Triplicate)
