12 October 2009 I have received a email from IT Department of 3 tax payers. It has a zip attachement that is password protected. I am not able to open the file. When i try to unzip it , it says that operation breaked and the unkown format of zip

DOB maens date of birth in DDMMYYYY format, see the body of the mail for instruction given to open the file.

Generally its DOB or PANDOB
