01 December 2017 Dear Sir, We are dealing in sale / purchase of readymade garments. We made only local sale & purchase from interstate. can we are liable for audit under section 59(2) of dvat act or not. We have not applied any refund in our return. Can u plz send me a copy of reply against this notice
