sir in my case as per rent agreement the rent of property is payable on next months 5 th.
service tax payable when invoice is raised or actual receipt whichever earlier.
no seperate invoice for service tax is raised by client(individual).
my querry for filing servicetax return rent for month of march 2014is receivable on april2014.so whether in return rent is shown under march2014 or april2014.so that payment of service tax is for which quarter jan-mar 2014 or april-june 2014
