Hi, I have purchased commercial property in 2012 but I did not gave it on rent in 2012 and 2013. I have my flat on which I had loan till 2010 and I had cleared all the loan. For commercial property purchase, I took loan against property (my flat) and I had paid interest on that loan in 2012 and 2013. How should I claim the tax benefit for the loan amount?
