05 April 2012 Since your gross turnover for the year does not exceed Rs. 10 lakhs, you are NOT liable to service tax.

Accordingly you will NOT charge service tax on your invoice.

05 April 2012 Service tax is applicable if turnover exceed Rs. 10 Lacs, if it is within limit then no need to charge service tax.
