I AM GOING TO REGISTER A OFFICE SPACE WHERE I & MY WIFE(WHO IS ALSO AN ASSESSE)PAID THE AMOUNT WHERE I HAVE PAID THE COST OF SPACE & SHE HAS PAID THE MISLLENIOUS CHARGES & ONE TIME MAINTAINCE CHARGES+REGISTRY COST WHICH WILL COME THE RATIO 0F 60:40.PL SUGGEST ME THAT HOW DEED WILL PREPARE TO MINIMISE MY TAX LIABILITY (MY TAX BRACKET IS 30%) FOR FUTURE RENTAL INCOME.
