Sir Hello All I am Sanjay. I want to know that: If I am giving rent to my mother and the loan amount is also standing between us, then is there any problem in books of accounts according to Income tax act.. I have to receive amount from my mother for Rs.25L. Is there any way by which I can claim HRA deduction from the salary? Pl advise. Regards
