we are receiving rent Invoice for the month of November 2014 in October itself and we are paying the rent amount after detecting TDS 10% in October itself
whether we have to pay the tds 10% in October or in November 2014

in October only. the rule is simple : TDS is to be deducted on earlier of payment or accrual. Since you are paying in October, so TDS is to be deducted in October itself.
