I WANT TO GIVE A APARTMENT FOR RENT.WHICH WILL BE MORE BENEFICIAL FOR ME AS A TAX PURPOSE TO GIVE IT FOR RENT OR ON LEASE BASIS.DURATION-3YRS.

According to me Rent and lease are consider as same for taxpayer , there are no advantage or disadvantage from tax purpose . Therefore giving on rent or lease must be wholly a business decision.
