30 January 2014 Rent agreement executed between Director of company and Licensor. Can rent expense allow as deduction under I.T.?

30 January 2014 If the premises is being used for the purpose of business, payment is made by company and TDS (if applicable) is deducted u/s 194I, you can claim deduction.
