If you can claim the credit then entry:

a) Rent a/c dr xxx
Service tax a/c dr xxx
To Party xxxx

b) Party a/c dr xxx
To Bank a/c xxxx

If you cant claim the credit then entry will be

a) Rent a/c dr xxx
To Party xxx

b) Same as above
