I COULD NOT LET OUT THE FLAT DUE TO OLD BUILDING AND WATER SHORTAGE . HOW MUCH RENT CAN I SHOW MINIMUM TO AVOID ANY NOTICE. I PAY PROPERTY TAX OF Rs.1612/-

SHOW THE RENT THAT COULD BE FATCHED FROM THE PROPERTY AS ANNUAL VALUE. THEN CLAIM THE VACANCY ALLOWANCE FOR THE TWELVE MONTHS THUS INCOME FROM HOUSE PROPERTY WILL BE NIL
