Rental income received from shopping complex let out is income from HP or business income?

Regular busines means? i have one shopping complex and it is let out to certain tenants.

No other business i have.
Should i treat business income?

20 September 2014 Regular business means if you are engaged in the business of building shopping complexes and renting them out then it will come under business income. If it's not then it will come under income from house property.
