02 April 2009 Can we pay remunaration to Independent director of private company.. and upto what limit. please reply at the earliest.

02 April 2009 IN CASE OF PRIVATE LTD COMPANY THERE IS NO LIMIT TO DIRECTORS REMUNERATION. BUT IT SHOULD BE REASONABLE.
