23 April 2012 I came to know that there is Education cess & Higher Education cess have been removed vide notification no.18/2012 dt. 17.03.12 as there is enhanced in excise duty. is it tru?

23 April 2012 The education & she cess are removed on basic custom duty on import not from basic excise duty.
