we have applied for registration under excise on 06-12-2011 by using the software on website of CBEC but original RC has been given to us on 14-12-2011. now i want to know that when can we remove the excisable goods from our factory. please resolve my query as soon as possible. Thanks in advance.
you may clear your finsihed goods immidiately after receipt of PAN based Central Excise Regiration, you don;t have to wait for excise dept. granting RC, it is their resposnibility. The important point is whatever information details supplied by you in your on line excise regn application sholuld be valid and authontic. Pl mention your central excise registration application number to your excise invocie with details of renage and division of Central Excise authority under whose jurisdiction your unit is working. NOT AT ALL REQUIRED TO WAIT FOR RC SIGNED BY AC/DC.

Thanks to you all. Actually i was very confused because we have removed some goods on the basis of Excise invoice on 13-12-2011 and today there is inspection by excise department.
