Can anyone please tell me the procedure of removal of director in a private limited company. there is one company ABC media pvt ltd. there are 3 directors A B C. company wants to remove director C he is holding 20% shares in a company. how to remove this director? and what should be the step wise procedure. and how can these 20% shares be transferred in the name of Mr. A.. the share transfer should be done first or the removal can be done without transferring the shares?? please help.
