what is the form 16 & for whom it is applicable & in what conditions it will be applicable.

16 July 2008 Hi Vishnu,

Form 16 (also known as salary certificate) is exclusively for salaried employees issued by the company.

Form 16 is reuired to be issued annually to the employees detailing the salary paid during the year, deductions and TDS deducted thereon.
