one of the assessee whose book of account get audited for assessment year 2012-2013 and he has filed return on 22/03/2013 (after due date) and his return of income shoes refund of hansome amout but still not get it. so is their any legal procedure to receive the refund. assessee's status is individual but at the time of filing return for that particular year by misatke assessee has filed return of income by selecting status as HUF.
it is possible to get refund legally ??????????????????
