12 June 2011 1) IF a in a partnership firm, HUF is partner, can bank deny that firm for extending cash credit facility?

2) Are there any RBI guidelines for banks not to lend for HUF partnership firms?

13 June 2011 Yes bank can deny credit facilities in cases where HUF is a partner. There is courts judgment on this.
