Related party transactions are the transactions entered into by the company with parties related to that company. The Companies Act, 2013 precludes the Director of a company from dealing on behalf of the company and entering into contracts in which he has personal interest or has conflicting interest with those stakeholders for whom he is duty bound in fiduciary capacity as a director of the company
