The details of the refund cheque returned should be available on the website for the respective assessment year. You can check the same and request for issuance of refund again.

thank for reply but the problem still persist since 1. to apply for reissue refund i require Both CPC Communication Reference Number and Refund Sequence Number. which you get when you receive Refund Intimation letter. that i do not received. 2. Now if the online request for Refund Intimation letter can be submitted if your return filed online that year. Since my return filed offline (manually by on paper ), online request for Intimation u/s 143(1) gives error as "No Intimation order exists for the Assessment Year" 3. Now how to get the intimation letter since my A.O. officer is in Mumbai and i am studying in Roorkee, Uttarakhand., I have the physical acknowledge receipt as ITR filed manually.

You can try sending a letter registered post to the assessing officer for reissue or direct credit to your bank by furnishing all the details. You can also send an email to verify on the exact procedure.

Yes, correct. Submit an application letter along with the copies of IT acknowledgement and PAN. I would also suggest that you call the call centre number of IT department, they are helpful and will give you proper directions on the exact procedure.
