Reimbursement of medical expenses

our company reimburse medical expenses in cash to the employee. Should I book this amount under 'Salary Account' or 'Medical expenses'

It is not salary but related to employee welfare, if your medical expenses are Grouped under Medical Exp then it is appropriate A.c for exp booking.
