Whether the reimbursement received from employer are required to mention in itr 1
or
they are required not to mention.

If yes then in which col. of itr1 they should be mentioned.

05 August 2013 What is the nature of reimbursement?

Incase medical reimbursement up to Rs.15000 per annum is exempted. no need to show in the return

06 August 2013 Actually, employee is in the field of marketing and has to visit several stations. Reimbursement is given for expences incurred for hotel stay and travelling.


06 August 2013 Reimbursement of expenses is NOT to be shown in the return as it is NOT an income.

06 August 2013 Any reimbursement on account of expenses are not at all income of the employee rather these are expenses of the concern in which that employee is serving. The employee has first spent the money on behalf of the employer which has been reimbursed and therefore there is no element of any profit but if the employee is taking in excess of the actual expenses then that portion is to be treated as income
