Y'day i registered 1 of my client with the income tax department. Then after i received an activation link in the mail. But as i clicked the activation link i was asked the MOBILE PIN. I had registered my client's mobile no. with the department bt no message regarding any pin is received by him. Nw widout that pin i cannot activate the id... what is the remedy in this case? Plz suggest. I tried the help line no. of income tax department bt no response from there.

I tried out as u said but again the same problem.. dint got the message regarding mobile pin in the number i registered with the department bt as earlier got the mail immediately... what to be done now
