Dear Sir, We are the security Pvt Ltd company providing training to Local persons and collecting training fees. We are not registered under Karnataka vat, but now we are purchasing office equipment's from interstate. Now the supplier wants ESugam form to enter the materials in Karnataka. Kindly suggest whether a Security Company require a Vat registration
VAT is applicable where transfer of property in goods is there. I assume that there is an option in the esugam where one can select for own use and not for sale option and if VAT no is not there, 29000000000 can be put and esugam can be generated. In this case, you will not be able to purchase furniture against C form.
